One user journey
Soap, water and drying air in a single sensor-activated sequence — contained at the basin, with nothing to press, pump or pull.
Place hands beneath the fixture. Infrared sensors detect them within a 5–12 cm range.
A measured dose of foam soap is dispensed automatically from the concealed 1,000 ml reservoir.
Water flows while hands remain in range, and stops the moment they leave.
H13-filtered air at 95 m/s dries hands over the basin — typically 10–15 seconds in testing.

Launch programme
PureTouch is at launch. Rather than borrow credibility, we're building it in public: our first residential and commercial installations will be professionally photographed, measured and published on this page — dry times, fit notes and all. Early customers receive priority support and founder-level attention through their installation.
Qualifying facilities can pilot a single unit for 60–90 days, with the pilot unit's product price credited against an approved order of 10+ units. Terms confirmed in writing before purchase.
Step one - before any payment
Tell us about your basin, bench and services. We'll review compatibility and reply with a written outcome - usually within one business day.
If PureTouch provides written compatibility approval based on accurate information you supply, and the product cannot be installed according to that approved information, we will offer an appropriate exchange or refund of the product purchase price, subject to the full terms.
Straight answers
Yes - soap dispensing, water delivery and air drying are consolidated into one deck-mounted fixture, supported by a compact under-bench motor unit.
Typically 10-15 seconds in testing, with a maximum continuous run of 30 seconds. Actual results vary with conditions - a test-dependent range, not a guarantee.
The supplier-rated level is 75 dB(A) at two metres during the drying phase - roughly comparable to a domestic vacuum cleaner, for 10-15 seconds.
